What Does 'Towanda' Mean to You?

At Towanda Wellbeing, we guide individuals on the path to inner peace while empowering them to step fully into their true, best selves.

The name ‘Towanda’ has rich meanings. In some Native American traditions, it signifies a ‘Peaceful Resting Place.’ It also carries a spirit of empowerment, as seen in the movie Fried Green Tomatoes, where ‘Towanda’ is exclaimed to invoke strength and courage.

Whether you’re seeking peace, empowerment, or both, Towanda Wellbeing is here to support you on your journey.
